Bob Williams was great from our first visit to the store to making sure we were happy with your service after delivery. Companies need dedicated employees like Bob. We are very happy with our Royal Spa hot tub. The radio does not work but I have talked to Ron about this.
It was a great experience. Bob took the time to educate us on the care and maintenance of the Hot Tub. The service is very good and I would highly recommend Bob and Royal Spa to my friends and family.
Enjoyed the sales person. Great attitude and seemed to appreciate customer. Sam was very helpful also. Setup crew were fabulous can't complement them enough. One thing I was disappointed with the fact that there's nowhere to place to setea drink, bottle or glass. I thought that a tub costing $8000+ would come with some type of cup holder.
I thought the experience was great from the purchasing to the installation.
